We are well into the season and so far it has been a pretty good one.  Things have slowed down a little after the 4th but I am pretty sure they will pick up again in no time.  The dog days of summer are upon us and as we all know the only place to beat the heat when you want to be active and outdoors is a river.  Shade and cooler water get my vote every time.

For those who know me you know I am an avid kayak fisherman/sportsman.  Tallapoosa Paddling Company will be adding a kayak fishing team/prostaff in the near future and we are excited to bring in experts to not only compete in local and national kayak fishing competitions, but to also be on hand and a resource to help you in your pursuits as a kayak angler
